Team: Customer Experience
Focus: Technical support and account management for key European clients

The opportunity

We are strengthening our Customer Experience team and looking for a Technical Support Engineer to support our Energy Trading and Risk Management (C/ETRM) products. You will take ownership of customer issues and queries end to end, working closely with internal and external teams to drive customer success.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience, with strong analytical, customer service and account management skills, and a solid understanding of C/ETRM applications.

How you will make an impact

  • Track and own customer issues and queries through to resolution.
  • Research and troubleshoot software issues, providing prompt and accurate feedback.
  • Act as the customer advocate, communicating clearly between clients and globally dispersed technical teams.
  • Organise regular customer meetings and provide status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage all aspects of customer success while maintaining a holistic view of satisfaction, adoption and risk.

Your background

  • Proven experience (ideally 5+ years) with C/ETRM applications, preferably in a support capacity.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills (C1 or strong B2).
  • Strong account management capability with a customer first mindset.
  • Track record of delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Self motivated, adaptable and comfortable working across teams and time zones.
