Site Reliability Engineer – Mobility Platforms

About the Role

As a Mobility Site Reliability Engineer on our End User Computing team, you’ll play a key role in making Deutsche Bank’s hybrid working model possible.

You’ll ensure the stability and performance of our Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms, including Microsoft Intune, enabling colleagues to work securely and seamlessly from anywhere.

Working as part of a global engineering team, you’ll collaborate with colleagues across product, platform, and infrastructure to detect and respond to issues, plan and execute Disaster Recovery activities, and implement safe, scalable change through Agile and ITILv4 processes.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Respond to user and platform incidents in ServiceNow, analysing root causes and preventing recurrence through automation, knowledge sharing, or product improvement
• Develop and implement strategies to detect, respond, and self-heal platform issues, providing consumable documentation and self-service options for users
• Share expertise and collaborate with team members across the bank to build a culture of continuous learning and improvement
• Plan and deploy changes safely using an engineering mindset, understanding risk and mitigation, and leveraging CI/CD pipelines for repeatable, secure deployments
• Participate in daily huddles and Agile ceremonies to align, plan, and deliver team objectives

Your Skills and Experience

• Proven experience (Level 2 or 3) supporting end-user devices on the Apple iOS platform
• Experience supporting, implementing, or engineering Mobile Device Management platforms such as Airwatch, MobileIron, JAMF, or Intune (Level 2 or 3)
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory)
• Familiarity with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles and practices
• Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience working in Agile environments with exposure to ITILv4 frameworks
