The Role

Goldman Sachs is hiring a Product Manager to join the growing Product team within the Assets and Wealth Management division.

You will play a key role in enhancing and evolving the core digital banking platform, integrating with firmwide infrastructure, and owning part of the product roadmap across web and mobile experiences.

This is a hands-on product role with real ownership, working across product, engineering, design, brand, and second line teams to deliver best-in-class customer experiences at pace.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead cross-functional teams to define and design differentiated digital products across the full customer lifecycle
• Define feature development and build alignment across stakeholders
• Partner closely with engineers and designers to deliver high-quality customer experiences
• Analyse qualitative and quantitative customer feedback to inform product strategy
• Research industry trends and identify opportunities for the product roadmap
• Define new features, write user stories and acceptance criteria, and groom backlogs
• Collaborate with other product managers to ensure a cohesive end-to-end customer experience
• Engage directly with customers to shape delightful and intuitive journeys
• Own and drive a product roadmap aligned to business goals and key performance indicators

• Proven ability to deliver meaningful change in an agile, controlled environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Confident analytical and problem-solving capability
• Collaborative team player who works effectively across disciplines
• Experience working in agile business and technology delivery models
• Self-directed and comfortable operating in fast-paced environments
• Strong understanding of digital channels with a focus on growth and efficiency
• Knowledge of iOS and or Android mobile platforms

Essential Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3 or more years of product management experience in an agile environment
• Proven experience owning a backlog and launching successful digital products
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience managing and optimising digital customer journeys
• Ability to work to tight deadlines in a constantly evolving environment

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in consumer banking or financial services
