The Role

We are looking for an individual with experience of both IT support and knowledge of the Civica Pay application in relation to Income Management to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee a team of 4 professionals supporting the Implementation, ongoing support and further development of Birmingham’s Income Management system. This is a critical application processing more than 230000 receipt transactions per month.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership: Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of 4, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Technical Expertise: Hands-on management of Income Management application, with a preference for experience in 3rd Party products from Civica.
  • Application Support: Ensure seamless support and operation of applications across multiple business areas.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain excellent relationships with peers and stakeholders within the business.

 

About You

  • Experience: Demonstrable experience in Income Management applications.
  • Product Knowledge: Proficient in managing 3rd Party Payment applications, particularly from Civica.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven track record of managing and developing a team.
  • Technical Skills: Strong IT skills, with hands-on experience in managing software applications.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
